Saadat Abad Apartment
This residential aparatment which is located in Saadat Abad is 120 square meters and has 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets, an open kitchen and a shared space used as living, dining and tv area. The main purpose was to decorate the house without applying any ruins. Therefore, this made the whole situation difficult, since for instnace, the new area for the tv required some electrical changes which should have been done with the minimum of ruins or another example was the existence of some black elements in the main space which should have been removed, but the clients didn't allow this to happen because of their personal situation and lack of time.
The main idea was to create a multi-functional, simple and modern space that suits the clients' requiremets and brings color to their living spaces by selecting and designing furnitures which have harmony with each other and at the same time are unique. After an entrance space , a corridor leads us to the main space. Besides the kitchen, a small flexible tv area with a bar and a couch (for eating and resting in front of tv) are considered. The design of tv table is in a way that provides a flexibility in the change of tv's place according to their needs (for a private use or while having guests). A multi-functional library/plant area is designed beside the window and altogether, the clients have the opportunity to redecorate their house every now and then by applying the two possible alternatives which are clearly shown in the first two pictures below. In other words, the dining table and the L-couch (sitting areas) can be replaced to create diversity for the users even though the space is too small.
