Vlange Pastry
Vlange pastry is located in Darband Street, Tajrish area. It is at the corner of the street with two big windows showing the design and main parts of the pastry to the outside world. The main purpose of the design was to create a customer friendly space in which the main fridges are located in the center of the store and the rest of them, shelves containing dried pastry, nuts and chocolate and the main cashier are at the sides. it also has a small kitchen/ storage area and a small space with 2 sofas which create a realxing area for the customers while they are ordering their desirable cakes shown by the LCD. The exterior and interior design of this pastry are in a way to show the connection between ceiling, walls and the floor with the emphasis on the center where the main fridges are.
